Welcome to the NTAG Nashville team. Our goal is to make your check-in process as smooth as possible. All recruiters and support staff transferring to NTAG Nashville will report to Headquarters as an intermediate duty station. You will have two days of indoctrination time included in your PCS orders. Prior to making any billeting arrangements for your indoctrination at Headquarters, contact the Admin Officer at (615) 332-0831 ext. 264. All personnel report in dress whites or dress blues depending on the season with your identification card, orders, service record, and all receipts to file your travel claim. In addition, plan to provide temporary or permanent recall information.
Please call in advance so NTAG Nashville headquarters staff can plan for your check in. Working hours are 0800-1600 Monday through Friday.

NTAG Nashville Ombudsman
Selected by the commanding officer, your Ombudsman is a spouse of a member of the command who voluntarily serves as an official liaison between the command and its families. As a spouse, it's important to get acquainted with your local Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is not a counselor or a social worker, but can show you the direct route toward finding solutions by helping you get the assistance you need.
