Congratulations on your orders to RTAG Northwest! Whether you are assigned duties as a recruiter or as a member of the support staff, welcome to one of the most
challenging and rewarding assignments in the Navy. We hope you will accept the challenge and the hard work necessary to become a member of our outstanding team
of recruiters and support personnel. Our command stretched from Washington to Illinois to Colorado and all points in between. If your sponsor has not contacted you or you
have not received a welcome aboard email, please contact our Admin Department

Your sponsor will provide you with information to assist your transition to the area. Please keep your sponsor advised of your current/future addresses, travel plans, and

Mission

The recruitment of high-quality men and women for officer and enlisted programs in the Reserve Component (RC)  of the U.S. Navy.  provide operational oversight,
leadership training, and development of the Northwest recruiting team to ensure mission attainment and adherence to ethical standards and prescribed operating
procedures.

To provide the best possible talent to the United States Navy’s Reserve Force, adhering to the Navy’s core values, and striving to be better today than we were yesterday.

fight or deter aggression by sourcing and signing the world’s premier Reserve Fighting Force. To do this we will embody Honor, Courage, and Commitment, we
will treat our shipmates and potential shipmates with dignity, respect and integrity, and we will be at all times the Sailors our country deserves.
