Mission Statement
To assist COMNAVCRUITCOM in the recruitment of high-quality men and women for officer and enlisted programs in the active component (AC) and reserve component (RC) of the Navy. Provide oversight, leadership, training, and development of the NAVCRUITREG's recruiting force to ensure mission attainment and adherence to ethical standards and prescribed operating procedures.
