NTAG Houston - Commander Pausche hails from Seminole, FL. He graduated from the University of South Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree before commissioning through Naval Officer Candidate School. Pausche earned a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University in 2021 and a master's degree in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University (NDU) in 2024.
