Command Senior Chief Moscon (née Vigil), a native of Pampa, Texas, enlisted in the United States Navy on June 4, 2004 and attended Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL.  She successfully completed Hospital Corpsman (HM) “A” School at Naval Hospital Corps School in Great Lakes, IL.

CMDCS Moscon’s sea duty assignments are as follows:  Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Expeditionary Support Unit (ESU) in Coronado, CA, deploying with EOD Mobile Unit 11 in support to Commander Task Group 56.1.

CMDCS Moscon’s shore duty assignments are as follows: Naval Branch Health Clinic Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, TX; Graduate of Field Medical Service School Camp Pendleton, CA; 6th Engineer Support Battalion (ESB), Company C, 4th Marine Logistics Group (MLG) in Peoria, IL; 4th Tank Battalion, Detachment 4, TOW Scout Unit, 4th Marine Division in Hialeah, FL; 4th Civil Affairs Group, Force Headquarters Group in Hialeah, FL; Navy Region Southeast Reserve Component Command in Jacksonville, FL; Bureau of Personnel-3 in Millington, TN; Headquarters Marine Forces Reserve, New Orleans, LA and CMDSC Moscon is currently serving as the Command Senior Chief for Reserve Talent Acquisition Group (RTAG) Northwest in Seattle, WA.

March 2025, CMDCS Moscon was selected for the Command Senior Chief Program. She is a graduate of the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 246) and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course (Class 285).  She holds an Associate of Science degree in Healthcare Management and an Associate of Arts degree in Supervision & Management from Coastline Community College.

CMDCS Moscon is designated Expeditionary Warfare Specialist (EXW), and Enlisted Fleet Marine Force (FMF).  Personal awards include Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (7), and various other unit and service awards.
