Captain Vestal commissioned in 2004 after graduating from the United States Naval Academy.  At sea, she served as the Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Communications Officer, and Navigator aboard USS PAUL HAMILTON (DDG 60).  Ashore, her HR tours have included Total Force Manpower Analyst to Chief of Naval Personnel,  Deputy Executive Assistant to the Assistant Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N1B),  Aide de Camp to the Secretary of the Navy, and Readiness Branch Officer at United States Indo-Pacific Command.  She most recently served as Executive Officer and Commanding Officer at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Nashville.  She is currently assigned as N7 Director, Navy Recruiting Command and Officer in Charge, Navy Recruiting Orientation Unit.
