CDR Bradley “Paul” Henderson is a native of Pendleton, IN.  He attended the United States Naval Academy and graduated in 2003 with a degree in Economics.  Upon graduation from USNA, he successfully completed flight training at VT 6, HT 8, and HSM 41.  He also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Naval Postgraduate School.
At sea, his first squadron tour was as a member of the “Easyriders” at HSL 37 in Kaneohe, HI.  While there, he served as the Ground Training Officer, Detachment Training Officer, Airframes Division Officer, Detachment Maintenance Officer, and as the Quality Assurance Officer.  After refresher training at HSM 40, he served as detachment 5 OIC/DH at HSM 46 in Mayport, FL.  From Mayport he reported to Norfolk, VA as the plankowner Air Boss on USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB 3).  After lateral transfer to the HR Community, he reported aboard USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) as the Training Officer, his HR LCDR Milestone tour.
Ashore, his tours include Instructor Pilot duty at HT 18 where he also served as the Student Control Officer and formation flight lead instructor; Flag Aide to the Deputy Commander, U.S. Fifth Fleet/U.S. Naval Forces Central Command in Manama, Bahrain; and Fleet Metrics Branch Head at U.S. Fleet Forces Command N1. He most recently served as the Executive Officer at Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Houston.
CDR Henderson holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.  His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and various unit awards, as well as several academic and leadership awards.
