Navy’s Senior Enlisted Academy (class 217), received his Associates Degree in Health Care Management from Coastline Community College in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership (Summa Cum Laude) from Trident University International in 2018.

A native of New York, Command Master Chief Uebelacker enlisted in the Navy on 27 December 1994.  He is a graduate of the U. S. Navy’s Senior Enlisted Academy (class 217), received his Associates Degree in Health Care Management from Coastline Community College in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership (Summa Cum Laude) from Trident University International in 2018.

In 1995, he reported to Dental Technician “A” School in San Diego, CA and graduated as the Honor Student.  His first duty station was USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN 71) where he completed two deployments within the SIXTH FLEET AOR.  In 1998, he reported to 2nd Dental Battalion, Camp Lejeune, NC and in June 2001, checked into Naval Dental Clinic Dam Neck, VA.  In 2003, he was the Navy’s first Dental Technician accepted into Independent Duty Corpsman “C” School in San Diego, CA where he graduated with Honors and Distinction.  His first duty station as a Hospital Corpsman was 3rd Medical Battalion, Okinawa, Japan where he deployed twice with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and then with Combat Logistics Battalion EIGHT to Fallujah, Iraq.  In January 2008, he reported to Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA and quickly volunteered for an Individual Augmentee (IA) deployment with SEAL TEAM ONE to Rawah/Ubaydi, Iraq. 

In March 2011, he was assigned to Naval Special Warfare Group FOUR, Special Boat Team TWELVE, deployed to Zamboanga, Philippines in 2012 and became a Chief Petty Officer in 2013.  In 2015, he reported to Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi, TX, volunteered for another IA deployment to ISA Airbase, Bahrain and promoted to Senior Chief in 2016.  In 2017, he requested FDNF orders onboard USS BONHOMME RICHARD (LHD 6) where he deployed three times throughout the SEVENTH and THIRD FLEET AOR’s.  He attained the rank of HMCM and in 2020, was selected into the Navy’s Senior Enlisted Leader program with a lateral conversion to CMDCM.  He reported onboard USS GUNSTON HALL (LSD 44) on 31 May 2020 and led the ship through it’s Basic, Integrated and Advanced phases, INSURV, SWATT, earned the ships first “Battle E” in a decade and completed a successful SIXTH FLEET Baltic deployment during the conflict in Ukraine.  In June 2023, he arrived in Denver, CO and assumed his current role as the Command Master Chief for NTAG Rocky Mountain.
   
Command Master Chief Uebelacker is entitled to wear the Enlisted Surface Warfare, Enlisted Aviation Warfare, Enlisted Expeditionary Warfare and Enlisted Fleet Marine Force Warfare Specialist pins.  He has been awarded two Meritorious Service Medals, five Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medals, one Army Commendation Medal, seven Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medals, the Combat Action Ribbon and various other campaign, service and unit awards.
