A native of Alexandria, Louisiana. Master Chief Fearno enlisted in the Navy July 2003. He attended Basic Training Great Lakes, Illinois, and Mess Management Specialist (MS) “A” School at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.  
His initial sea tour was onboard USS Peleliu (LHA-5) and was followed with subsequent sea tours on USS Cape St. George (CG-71), USS Pearl Harbor (LSD-52).
Master Chief Fearno’s shore tours include Naval Medical Center San Diego, California and subsequent shore tours at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Northern Plains, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Marnier Skill Training Center Pacific, Littoral Combat Ship Training Facility Pacific, San Diego, California.
He was selected for the Command Master Chief Program in 2023. He currently serves as the Command Master Chief of Navy Talent Acquisition Group Portland, Oregon.
Master Chief Fearno is a 2020 graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 233, CMC/COB Class 256. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from American Intercontinental University and has received personal awards to include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and various service and campaign awards.
