Senior Chief Rocha enlisted in the Navy in July 2000 after graduating high school from Ed W. Clark High School, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He completed Basic Training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois, followed by PACT AN school. His first assignment after training was USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) home ported in San Diego, California.

Stennis (CVN-74) home ported in San Diego, California.
 
Senior Chief Rocha transferred to Navy Recruiting District San Francisco in September 2006, recruiting out of Navy Recruiting Station Santa Rosa.  In 2008 he qualified as Leading Petty Officer.  In 2009 he submitted his package to the Career Recruiting Force and was selected.  In 2010 before transferring he was promoted to Chief Petty Officer. 
 
He attended the Career Recruiting Force Academy in Pensacola, Florida in October 2010.  Upon graduation he transferred to Navy Recruiting District Los Angeles where he served as a LCPO in Ventura California.  While onboard he also served as an Officer Recruiter.  In 2014 he transferred to Navy Recruiting District St Louis where he served as the Division LCPO for Southwest Missouri. In July 2017 he transferred to Navy Recruiting District Nashville where he served as the Division LCPO for the state of Arkansas and as the Director of Personnel and Operations for NTAG Nashville for four months.  In April 2021 he transferred to NTAG Houston to serve as the Assistant Chief Recruiter.  While attached to NTAG Houston he also served as the Chief Recruiter for 9 months before transferring to NTAG Pacific Northwest in February 2023. 
 
Senior Chief Rocha has served as the Chief Recruiter for NTAG Pacific Northwest since March 2023.
 
His personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (four awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (eleven awards), and various service and campaign medals.  Senior Chief Rocha is married to his wife Danaelle of 18 years and has a daughter Gracie, 17 years old and a son Ethan 14 years old.
