Senior Chief Navy Counselor (SW) Eisenmann was born in Chinchina, Colombia and was adopted by a family in the United States. He attended Palm Bay High School located in Melbourne, Fla. and graduated in May 2000. On August 8, 2000 he enlisted into the U.S. Navy and attended Recruit Training in Great Lakes, Ill. He then reported to Pensacola, Fla. where he attended electronic warfare (EW) “A” and “C” schools.
Senior Chief Eisenmann’s first permanent duty station was aboard the USS Bulkeley (DDG-84) in Norfolk, VA where he served on ship’s company in the operations department. During his tour he completed a deployment to the Persian Gulf in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
In March of 2006, Senior Chief Eisenmann reported to enlisted recruiting orientation in Pensacola, Fla. and upon completion was assigned to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) New England. He reported to NRS Saratoga Spring, NY as a recruiter and within nine months assumed the duties as leading petty officer and was selected for conversion to the Navy’s career recruiting force.
In May 2009, he attended the CRF Academy in Pensacola, Fla. During his next tour at NRD Denver he was promoted to chief petty officer. In December of 2011, his division was selected as the most improved division of FY-11. In August 2012 he transferred to NRD Miami as a division leading chief petty officer. In June 2015 he was promoted to senior chief petty officer and served as the assistant chief recruiter at NRD Minneapolis. In August of 2019 he transferred to NTAG Rocky Mountain as the director of personnel and operations where his leadership was key in making NTAG Rocky Mountain the top enlisted recruiting command in NRC in FY20. He was selected as the chief recruiter of NTAG Pacific Northwest in February 2021 where he currently serves.
Senior Chief Eisenmann’s military decorations include the Navy Commendation with two gold stars, Navy Achievement Medal with one silver, National Defense Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation with three Bronze Stars, and Navy Good Conduct Medal with four Bronze Stars.
