Course Objectives
As a result of participating in the Command Master Chief Course the participant will understand recruiting programs and policies to include:

- Resources and Budgeting
- Production and Processing
- Delayed Entry Program (DEP)
- Training Requirements and Resources
- Production Analysis
- Recruiter Incentive Programs
- Government Leased Housing Program
- Fault and No-Fault Transfers
- Out of Proximity Moves/No Cost Moves
- Overview of Enlisted Recruiting Curriculum
- Career Recruiting Force Program
- Selling Skills


Course Description
This five-day course provides Command Master Chiefs the basic fundamentals in Enlisted Recruiting, Region and NRC Organization. All lessons provide the essential recruiting orientation necessary to enhance the personal and professional success of the Sailors assigned to the NRD.

Service khaki authorized.

If the class is scheduled to begin on a federal holiday, students are to report Tuesday.
