Course Objectives
As a result of participating in the R-OPS course, participants will learn, practice, and develop competence in the following areas of recruiting:

- Active and reserve enlisted and officer recruiting
- Production and processing
- Officer and enlisted Delayed Entry Program (DEP)/Collegiate Management
- Testing
- Sales training fundamentals
- Training requirements and resources
- Production analysis and processing
- Recruiter incentive programs
- Military and civilian manning and management
- Resources and advertising
- Goal and attainment
- Development and execution of the marketing operations plan
- School visits
- Ethics


Course Description
Students will learn, practice and develop competence in all facets of Officer and Enlisted Recruiting to include military and civilian manning and management, resources and budgeting, goal and attainment, market identification and penetration, active and reserve programs, development and execution of the Marketing and Operations plan, RTOOLS, production and processing, production analyses, recruiter incentive programs and ethics.
