Course Objectives
As a result of participating in the CRF Advanced Recruiting Course (CRF-ARC), students will gain a greater understanding of the consistent habits that successful Divisional LCPOs maintain to effectively lead their personnel. Emphasis is placed on the Divisional LCPO modeling behaviors in all facets of recruiting that promote mission attainment and a competent, well-trained recruiting force. Graduates will be expected to model behaviors of competent and professional ambassadors of Navy opportunities.

 

Course Description
The main focus of this course is to allow the Divisional LCPO to effectively utilize core recruiting systems necessary to achieve mission. Emphasis is placed on the Divisional LCPO modeling behaviors in all facets of recruiting that promote mission attainment and a competent, well-trained recruiting force. Students will gain a greater understanding of the consistent habits that successful Divisional LCPOs maintain to lead their personnel.

 

The course is designed to concentrate on key points that will greatly enhance a Divisional LCPO's efficiency and effectiveness. Five training days are devoted to officer recruiting and four days for Divisional LCPO specific material. Class interaction with other successful Divisional LCPOs and the instructors will foster discussions and the free flow of ideas. You can expect a multitude of courses specifically designed for this exchange of ideas with the instructors facilitating. Leadership skills are based on coaching for workplace performance and the Navy’s Five Leadership Competencies.

Requirements

- This course is primarily for PCS personnel, but Reserve Component Management Navy Counselors, newly selected Divisional LCPOs and other case-by-case TAD personnel are encouraged to apply by contacting the NRLA SI or the Course Manager as noted below.
- Students with pre-existing medical conditions should have them documented in their medical records.
- PT is conducted three times per week (twice as a group and once individually).
- Students are to report within current body fat standards.


If you have a personal laptop, you are encouraged to bring it with you to Pensacola as it would be beneficial for homework and studying at your place of lodging. On-base berthing offers wireless internet only, so your personal laptop must have wireless capability in order to connect to the internet. DO NOT bring your laptops with you to the schoolhouse.
