NCCM (SW) Rudolph is currently assigned as the senior enlisted leader at the Navy Recruiting Orientation Unit located in Pensacola, FL. A native of Georgiana, AL, he enlisted in the Navy in September 1990 and attended recruit training at RTC Orlando, FL. Following his initial training, he attended ship serviceman “A” school and was assigned to the USS George Washington CVN-73 in December of that same year.

 

Following sea duty, Master Chief Rudolph reenlisted in the Navy and was assigned to recruiting duty at Navy Recruiting District Atlanta (NRS) South DeKalb as an enlisted recruiter. He earned the distinction as NRD Atlanta FY-1998 Recruiter of the Year and was selected to assume the duties as the recruiter in charge of NRS South DeKalb. In December of 2000, he transferred to Navy Recruiting District Dallas, Texas and was assigned to NRS Desoto Texas as the recruiter in charge and recognized as FY-2001 large station of the year and recruiter in charge of the year. In September of that year he was promoted to Chief Petty Officer and subsequently assigned as the zone supervisor of Zone 3 located in rural Dallas. Master Chief Rudolph earned the distinction of NRD Dallas and Navy recruiting region central zone supervisor of the year for FY-2004.

 

In December of 2004, Master Chief Rudolph was assigned to Navy Recruiting Region Central in Great Lakes, Illinois as a region trainer. He was promoted to senior chief petty officer in May of 2005 and assigned to Navy Recruiting District Miami as the assistant chief recruiter. In March 2008, he was promoted to master chief petty officer and assumed the position of chief recruiter at NRD Miami. He was selected as the Region EAST runner-up chief recruiter of the year for FY-2009. In May of 2011, he reported to NRD New Orleans as the chief recruiter and earned the distinction of chief recruiter of the year for FY-2012 and led the command to earn the distinction as Region EAST district of the year for FY-2013.

 

Master Chief Rudolph’s awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Navy Commendation Medal (five awards), Navy Achievement Medal (four awards), Meritorious Unit Commendation Award (two awards), 69 Gold Wreath Awards and various campaign, service, and unit awards
