Commander Jonny "DOZER" Kane

CNRC - Commander Jonny "DOZER" Kane, a native of Maine, graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2006 where he was a varsity wrestler for four years and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy. Following graduation, he reported to Naval Air Station Pensacola and Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Florida for flight school completing his training in VT-2 and HT-18 where he received his “Wings of Gold” and designation as a Naval Aviator (Pilot) in 2009. In the spring of 2009, Kane reported to the MH-60S Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) in San Diego, California where he completed his initial fleet training with the “Merlin’s” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Three (HSC-3).
