Even though this “Diver PST video” depicts the Diver Physical Screening Test standards, understand that the Points of Performance for each exercise is consistent for all NSW/SPECOPS Challenge Programs (SEAL, SWCC, EOD, DIVER). Use this video as a guide for the correct Points of Performance for the swim, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and 1.5 mile run techniques for the SOCFA (Special Operations Challenge Fitness Assessment) and the PST (Physical Screening Test).
